No Problem movie is comedy flick which revolves around three characters Yash (Sanjay Dutt), Raj (Akshaye Khanna) and Inspector Arjun Singh (Anil Kapoor). In Durban, Yash (Sanjay Dutt) and his best friend Raj (Akshaye Khanna) are two small time thieves, the former wanting to start fresh with an honest life and the latter wanting to continue living life as a thief with his plans always ending up Raj's plans. Yash robs a bank, but that also puts the suspicion on their neighbor and bank manager Zandulal (Paresh Rawal) that he robbed the bank himself. Soon, Zandulal swears that he will catch the two thieves and prove his innocence. Also in Durban, Inspector Arjun Singh (Anil Kapoor) is a quack cop who is always on his wife Kajal's (Sushmita Sen) hit list. Kajal is the daughter of the police commissioner (Shakti Kapoor) and has developed a severe case of multiple personality disorder, mainly because of discovering that her husband is a zero and not a hero. One moment she's the best wife in the world, the next she's bound to be on America's Most Wanted. Arjun is chasing after Marcos(Suniel Shetty), who's gang robbed diamonds worth millions of dollars, Raj falls in love with Kajal's younger sister Sanjana (Kangana Ranaut), and soon a madcap chase follows, forming the crux of this comedy.

Giving in to intense media pressure, the Home Minister in Delhi finally instructs the Central Bureau of Investigation to depute Special Officer Siddhant Chaturvedi to travel to Jhanjhar, Bihar, and work together with Pratap Kumar to try and locate three medical students from M.K. Gandhi Medical College. The three students, Gautam Sharma, Dhirush Patel and Dinu were in Jhanjhar to celebrate Dusshera and were scheduled to return back to Delhi. Ramesh Jain, the student Union President, informs the media that the trio were arrested by Jhanjhar Police and since then their whereabouts are unknown. Jhanjhar Police deny that the students were ever there, and are hostile, compelling the CBI to bring in more agents. While differences crop up between investigative tactics of the two agents, upper Caste Hindus, aided by the police, target the fearful Dalits and lower-caste Hindus, brutally torturing them and setting their houses on fire...
