A heartbroken young man returns to his hometown seeking the comfort of old friends, only to find that familiar faces can mask evil intentions. His relationship with Alice (Beau Garrett) having recently ended, lovelorn college student Billy (Nick Stahl) travels back to Northern Virginia and starts hanging around with his childhood pal Stanley (Jonathan Jackson). It's been years since Billy and Stanley have seen each other, and now the more time they spend together, the more obvious it becomes that Stanley isn't the same guy he used to be.
